Return it as defective. To your dealer if possible, otherwise to SanDisk. Be aware though, you have to call SanDisk directly for an RMA# (approval) first.
By the way, this is the Memory _ Vault _ board. Should you have any other issues/comments regarding a memory card , you should them in the Mobile Memory, Professional Cards and all other Standard Cards board.
