I had 10 files in one of my secure folders, which have vanished - ‘ENCDataVault_Win_7.2.1_Portable.exe.’ (Other files are still showing in the other secure folders.) The missing files from the secure folder are still showing as being there on the memory stick - but just with letters/numbers, for example ‘4e’ and within that a long file name, which I’m unable to open. I tried to re import to the secure folder, but they are unreadable. is there a way that I can un- encrypt them to then reimport to the secure folder?

Hi, When in the secure folder, and select the file and when I either left click or right click the mouse, I do not see any decryption option; is there another way to select ‘decryption’?

To decrypt a file copy it to a location outside the secure folder. Either on your harddrive or on the USB drive.
