I have multiple files that I add as monthly backups in my archive. The latest one I added shows in the Secure Access v3 app as ~1.4 GB (as it should be). When I extract the file, it indicates success but the extracted file is 0 bytes. I’ve tried on both Windows 10 and Mac El Capitan to extract with the same result. Other files stored previously in the same folder of the archive extract successfully. Any ideas for how to recover this file?
