FAT corrupted,device not recognized by computer

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with my player,its written about the FAT corrupted,and the computer does not recognize the device so i cant format it.

when i connect the player,it shows that its chraging but nothing more

what should i do?

It could be possible the the desktop’s drivers got corrupted. It would also be worth it for this to be plugged in on a different computer. Worth the try.
