SanDisk Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive
I just created my account on privateaccess and got a error opening the PrivateAccess in my USB. Even if I write the correct password, it says “Failure reading the filesystems file (err=1)”
I have windows 11 installed

The SecureAccess vault data before the update is released via one of the following methods:
• Connect to a Mac running an older version of macOS (Mac OS X 10.7 Lion to macOS 11 Big Sur).
• Connect to a PC running Windows (Windows Vista to Windows 11).
NOTE: SecureAccess (for Windows) application must be present on your SanDisk USB flash drive prior to accessing your SecureAccess vault. Please download that application HERE.
