:womansad: Please help me!!! I am not that good with MP3 players however I purchased an e280 player. I hook the device up to my computer and the device says connected however in Windows Media Player my player is not showing as connected. I have tried refreshing, unpluging and pluging back in etc. nothing works. Could some one who understands these gagets please please help me!

I have heard Winamp or MediaMonkey are a good program.
You shoudld try playing aorund with the USB modes such as MSC and MTP mode and see what happens. I suspect you are using the wrong mode
