I have e250 2GB music player. when i power on the device there is a white screen and i am unable to do anything after that. I have switched on and off manytimes but in vain. i even tried with sansa firmware updater but it is keeping on doing nothing…not even recognizingthe device…please help
Have you tried resetting it? Press & hold the power button down for up to 30 secs. Release, and see if it wil start up normally. I would start with the unit on and white screen showing. It should blink off within a second or two, but keep holding the button down for the full count.l
