Drive Not Detected after Firmware Update

Just like the title says, the app is giving me the Drive Not Detected error.

iPad Air 2 with iOS 9.2

iXpand Sync 1.2.5

iXpand Firmware 4.4.7

This is the first time I’ve used it in months. It is detected by my PC, as that is where I did performed the firmware update. My iPad also detects it as I am prompted to allow the app and device to communicate after attaching it.

I have restarted my iPad and verified the iXpand has a full charge.

Does anyone know of any other troubleshooting tips.

Any and all advice is much appreciated.

did you get a FW update successful message when you used the PC update tool? You can try running it again and see if that helps but if it is still not detected it would likely need to be replaced. 

I did get a successful message. Now, when I plug it into the computer and run the upgrade firmware tool, it says Firmware version 4.4.7 “Firmware” update complete!

I’m going to see if we have any iOS 8 devices left around the office before getting a replacement.
