Hi I purchased an iexpand drive and frustrating ly the device shiws as not detected on the both by Ipad and Iphone , both IOS9
I have updated the firmware as suggested but it still wont detect the device, I have managed to get the device detected on my pc and can transfer in and out if the device
please help
