Did not ship my NVMe. and has no clue when? these guys are really a joke

Bought a new Gen5 nvmE after they sent me an email Saying they were back in stock!. I get tracking saying its has been shipped . only to find out they did not ship the NVME just a media reader i also got at the same time.. Issue is they will not give an ETA and this NVMe was for a system that needed to be running TODAY, Now they will not tell me when to expect it but gladly took my money.. ! DO NOT USE this site our trust them to sell you what you pay for.,. I will now go to my credit card and pull the funds back. Why SANDISK cannot at LEAST TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE YOU PRETEND TO CARE..I REPEATE DO NOT SHOP HERE.. these GUYS DON’T CARE BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWAY!!! @ WEEKS AND STILL NO nvme NO EMAIL NOTHING.. san disk IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND THIS SHOP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!.
