RMA 1TB Nvme Over 4 Weeks No Respond

I have 1TB Nvme HD. It is not working any more. RMA 0065889662. UPS tracking # shows item was returned to their office (CA) on Dec. 1 2025. Called the customer serivce 2 times last weeks. Want to have a replacement before new year. Agent stated this case has been escalated their manager a week ago. Almost 4 weeks passed. No update information about my case. It is horriable service.
