I WAS ISSUED AN RMA BUT BECAUSE I WORK ON A MILITARY BASE OVERSEAS AND USE AN APO ADDRESS , I WAS NOT ISSUED A SHIPPING LABEL.  I DON’T MIND SENDING THE DEVICE BACK MYSELF BUT I NEED AN ADDRESS TO SEND IT TO.  SANDISK SUPPORT WAS GREAT UNTIL THE RMA WAS ISSUED-- I HAVE TRIED THEM 4 TIMES AND I GET NO ANSWER.  NONE, ZERO, ZIPPO.

I have escalated this to SanDisk support. The reason you ahve not been contacted is because SanDisk Support is not open on weekends or holidays. Someone should be in contact with you soon.
