So, My Sandisk Extreme needed a replacement, since it was only two months old. RMA goes through Western Digital. first RMA sent had an address I used years ago. I changed it with them. They sent me the RMA number, Old address on resturn label, Once again, change the address with support. Sent out, they recieve. All good. I then recieve an email, that it was shipped back to me. TO THE WRONG OLD Address. NOW WHAT? I am funimg. I have written back to support, every which way, and they do not repond. How am I supposed to get my drive back?
