I had a similar issue before, and sometimes it can be the memory card causing it, even if the card looks fine. Since you already tried formatting it and updating the firmware, I’d try another high endurance microSD card that’s compatible with the DDPAI N5 Dual.
I’ve also seen some SanDisk cards having compatibility issues with dash cams, so it might be worth trying a different brand. If the same warning shows up with another card, then the dash cam itself could be the problem. Just backup any important footage before testing anything.
You can test the card with SanDisk’s official memory card diagnostic tools to check for read and write errors, since formatting alone cannot confirm that the card is healthy. Even High Endurance cards can develop slow write speeds over time, especially with continuous dual channel recording. You can also try a new, genuine high endurance microSD card that meets DDPAI’s recommended specifications and see if the warning disappears. If the issue persists with a new card, the dash cam’s card slot or firmware may be the cause, so contacting DDPAI support would be the next step.
