Just a quick comment…I just called tech support to see if I could get a new clip sent to me (I lost mine) and I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience with a customer service/tech support rep, ever. I’ve dealt with some real bad ones (Sprint) to some ok ones (Comcast) but the SanDisk rep was by far the best. Just thought I’d put a positive message out there.
dell was the worst for me. I’ve had better then average support with sandisk (thank god)
sandisk was downright amazing for me. my sansa clip’s earphone jack died on me, and i got the replacement just in time for orchestra retreat. love it
I have a sandisk mp3 player that’s probably 4 or 5 years old that they answered questions about over the phone :smileyvery-happy:
