cruzer blade 16GB is not visible in the external drive section of my computer

I connected my cruzer blade USB flash drive to ony f USB ports but it is nnot being displayed in removable storage section under My Computer. Although i can c the name in Safely remove section. I am not able to see the contents so guys any help will be appreciated
