Cruzer 16gb now 64k

I just purchased the drive 20 minutes ago, I was coping some files to it then it stopped.

the error told me the files were no longer available on that drive (the new drive).

the label for the drive changed to Firebird6up9.

pop up tells me the drive is not formatted now, and it is only 64k. But Windows won’t format the Cruzer, plus it only show as 64k in Disk Manager

I have several other Cruzer drives, I guess this one is dead,
