can't format Cruzer Glide 64GB

I mistakenly formatted my Cruzer 64GB drive thinking it was a different usb drive. Fortunately, I didn’t have much on it so I didn’t lose anything important. But now when I put the Cruzer 64GB drive in to my computer and click on it, I am told I have to format it and when I try to format it I get a message that “Windows was unable to complete the format”. How can I format this flash drive so I can use it again.

in that case you can try to format the drive on another computer to see if you are able to format it there, if you still cannot format the drive on another computer, then it seems that the drive is defective and needs to be replaced. for a possible replacement you can go to the place of purchase or arrange a replacement with Sandisk:
