Windows unable to format drive E

hello there, I need some help…

my 4gb sandisk cruzer usb is not showing any bytes and when I tried to format it using many methods, it won’t format … “Windows is unable to complete format” error message …
I also tried to format it using disk management but I always get this messages “The format did not complete successfully” or “Make sure that file is not read-only” something like that …

I hope there will be a response for this problem …

Try to update the driver at device manager but 95% of the time, from experience, that’s already a dead stick. Good luck.
