Hello,

I shot 8gb worth of captures on a SanDisk with a Hasselblad H3D. All the images can be viewed on the digital back screen. However, when I try to open the files on my computer (Mac) with Photoshop -I’m use Adobe Camera Raw for processing- I get the following message: “Could not open “A9410313.3FR” because the file-format module cannot parse the file.”

It happens to all the captures on that SanDisk. I have tried to export/import the captures from Phocus (Hasselblad software) with the camera connected to the computer and I get either a completely black image or the software crashes, even though the thumbnails can still be viewed on both the digital back display and on Phocus.

Really frustrated as the images are for an important client. Any suggestion on how I could recover the data?
