My Sansa Clip never had problems until just yesterday. When I plug it into the USB port the screen shows that it is connected, but nothing shows up in “My Computer” or on the bottom right corner of my screen. It use to bring up a box of what I could do with the MP3 but now no box shows. Therefore I cant add songs to it anymore. I have tried 2 different USB cords as well as 3 different USB ports. I need help
I’ve about gone insane because of the same problem. I have no idea why it doesn’t work. Someone please help.
Force it into MSC mode and try again.
To get to MSC mode, put device in LOCK mode (slide the power button back) & press-n-hold the center button while plugging in PC
