it wont connect to my computer either
Did you try power-cycling it? Hold down the power button for 20 seconds, then turn it back on.
Make sure you have downloaded the latest SMC application.
Then try to power cycle the Connect.
There is a problem with SMC recognizing the Connect if you don’t power cycle it sometimes.
