Anyone else?

Anoyone else having a problem with Sansa Connect not responding when you hook up the usb to the computer that it doesnt open?

If anyone else has this problem can you tell me how to fix it

On occasion, I’ve had to reboot the Connect in order for it to be recognized.

What do you mean by rebooting it rebooting the software?

You need to turn OFF the Connect. You may be putting it in SLEEP mode.

It also sounds like you also need the firmware upgrade.
