I got my fuze at July and I never got problem with it until my computer didn’t recognized it. The blue circle don’t appear. My battery is charging and I can listen my music!!! I try somethings people said in the forum but nothing helped me. If you have any solution I would like to know. I have window xp and media player 11. Thx
You may have a bad cable. To rule it out try another computer first.
If the Fuze doesnt connect it could be a bad cable.

but during 4 months I never had problem.
Cables can break. It might be under warantee. I would call the tech support number if you want more help.
Thx for your advice but I found the problem. I got a virus. I removed them and thats it.
