Been enjoying my clipjam for a few months now, but today for whatever reason, the screen isn’t turning on; it still plays music, but won’t display any menus or the songs. is there anything I should try to troubleshoot?
I was able to fix it by factory resetting my mp3 player by holding the volume up and center buttons for ~20 seconds or so. I should also probably mention (because this is something I worried about) that factory resetting only restores an mp3 player to default settings, and doesn’t do anything to any songs you have downloaded on it
