I charged my Clip- when I unhook it from the computer it still shows that its connected and it won’t power off- the screen just shows that its connected to the computer and fully charged, also when I plug it back into the computer I get a message that says, “One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it.” and tells me to try reconnecting the device. I’ve updated the firmware. I just bought this in September-Help!
Might’ve just gotten stuck. Do a reset on the player.
With the Sansa unplugged, hold the power button depressed for about 20 seconds, then release ( Clip+ ), or slide the power switch to the oN position and hold it there 20 seconds ( Clip ).
Then try powering up normally.
If the Clip freezes, it cannot communicate properly with the host PC on that USB bus.
