I just bought a Sandisk Clip Sport Plus MP3 player.
When I updated it to the latest firmware release (2.23), it became very weird. The contents of the screen moved up and there are colored dots at the bottom of the screen. I tried everything: resetting, formatting, restoring, installing the previous firmware version and nothing helps. I don’t know what to do. Thanks in advance for the answers.
