Hi, I have an old clip+ and I just put a bunch of new songs onto it.
When I was done putting the music onto it and disconnected it from the PC (i forgot to do safely remove hardware) it was stuck on “connected”. I had to reset it to turn it off.
When I turned it back on the sansa logo came up, turned into the flower, and then the screen went back. It then did the same thing but is stuck on the flower. I’ve reset it multiple times to no avail.
I’m not sure how to proceed.
As a note I don’t think I have ever updated the firmware on my clip+.
