Clip plus stuck on flower

Hello

 i have a  problem with my sansa clip plus

Today , ( like every work day since 2 year ) i switch on my clip plus

and now it 's stuck on a screen with a flower, and doing nothing more

any idea  ?

i  can’t connect to computer, ( win/mac/linux )

sd card of not change nothing …

Have you tried resetting it?

I am having the same problem.  I have reset it many times.  Now not being recognized by computer - using PC Windows 10.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
