I recently purchased a Clip Jam mp3 player and I’m having some trouble with file transfer. I’ve tried connecting it to my computer using different USB cables and ports, but it doesn’t seem to be recognized.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Clip Jam mp3 player? I’d greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this problem.
