My apologies, I don’t know how to use my Sansa and I don’t really know how these threads work, so if I have done this wrongly, please inform me. I have a Sansa e280 and I run it on WMP. I just formatted it and still have this problem. All my tracks show in the library of both the device and WMP, but the playlists I transfer to the device don’t appear in the playlist list of the device. WMP says they are there, but after I disconnect the device the playlist list only shows On The Go. Can you help?
