cant fully start my sansa express anymore

well ive bought my sansa express like 3 weeks ago and it worked without any problems untill now.
when i try to start my sansa express it goes to the screen Sandisk but then it just shutdown. and when i plug it in in my computer nothing seems to happen also.

could someone please help me with this problem…

if you have a micro sd card try inserting it into the device and turning it on. i heard that a early firmware had this issue. if the device turns on after the micro sd is inserted connect it to the computer and update the firmware.

well i dont got a micro sd card right now but il get one soon.
if i have the micro sd card how do i upgrade my firmware ?
and is there any other way to fix this problem??
