Can't Authorize Sansa Fuze

When I tried to add a channel to it, it said: The channel could not be transferred because Rhapsody was unable to authorize the device.

And then a window popped up saying: Sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. Please press the back arrow. 

Then under “Sources” when I right clicked on “Sansa Fuze 8GB” and went to “Authorize” the same window that said “Sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. Please press the back arrow.” came up again. I’m in MTP mode and my computer is authorized.  

The page errors you are receiving from the Rhapsody 4 client point to a problem on the PC side. 

Click on the Help tab and select “Check For Updates” to be sure you have the latest version of the R4 client.  If there is an update, be sure to disconnect the Fuze before proceeding with the update.

On the Fuze side of the equation, are you having trouble adding a channel, or the initial authorization?  If it’s the authorization, Format the Fuze either from the R4 client or by unplugging, and selecting Settings > System Settings > Format > Yes.

Then connect the Fuze (I see you are already in MTP mode), right click, and select Authorize again.
