Hi, I need to register and start a warranty issue for my Sandisk Ultra 3D 2TB (SDSSDH3-2T00-G26) model, however when I try to register it I get the STATCODE109 error from the website, in regard to the SN mismatch. The serial is the some on both SSD label and what any HDD/SSD app is able to give. The sandisk dashboard doesn’t give any authentication issues.
