I placed some files from work onto the Secure Access Vault on my 32GB SanDisk USB 3.0 in hopes of opening/transferring them to my mac at home. Yet, when I tried to open the vault on my home computer I received the following popup window (please see attached screenshot).
It prompted me to reinstall the software, which I was hesitant to in fear of losing access to the files on the SanDisk altogether, however after several unsuccessful attempts at opening the SAV app, I decided to go ahead and try it.
Reinstalling the software did not make any difference.
Please advise. Note that I am running OS 10.6.8, which should be compatible with the SAV software. Thanks.
