Importing photos from SanDisk Ultra Flair USB 3.0 Flash Drive to Mac Photos App

Hi All,

I just bought the 64GB version of the abovementioned drive. I’ve saved some photos into the Vault in the flash drive to transfer to my MacBook. My problem now is when I go to the Photos app to import the photos in my MacBook, the Vault appears “greyed out” and I can’t access the files. How do I access the Vault so that I can import the photos ?  Please help me.

 correction: It’s the SanDiskSecureAccessV3_mac icon that is “greyed out” and inaccessible.

Do you have the Mac version of SecureAccess installed?  The Windows version doesn’t work on a Mac and visa versa.
