Cannot detect Sandisk SSD 2TB external harddisk

My Mac cannot detect the external hardisk and cannot see the data i stored, anything I can do to recover them?

If you test a different USB cable and connect the Sandisk external SSD to another computer, can it show up? If it still does not get recognized, try the following steps:

4. Recover important files from your external hard drive and then reformat it
