Cannot add files to Cruzer Glide - "Can not open file for write....."

Jusst go a Cruzer Glide 64 GB with encryption.  I added 25 GB of files, but now it will not accept anything else.  I get this message

Can not open file for write F:\SanDiskSecureAccess Vault{7a5f25a6-845f-4470-b799-c6895e63ef09}.dat, Error: The directory or file cannot be created.

Using win7, no problems with set up.

   Hi Stan,

Dear member of SanDisk Community, welcome.

Please, to discard problems:

1-     Try other Cruzers on your PC, and see what happens.

1.1- Test the Cruzer, in other PCs, and see what happens.

1.2- Copy and delete a file, in the Cruzer (in the root, not in the app), to discard “write protected”.

2 -    If all is well with your Pc and Cruzer , i_mplies that there is corruption_ in the SanDiskSecureAccess.

If the problem, is in the “SanDiskSecureAccess Vault” folder, sorry, is dead, ist kaputt.

But if the problem, is in the app “SanDiskSecureAccessV2_win.exe”, can you solve.

2.1- Then, delete “SanDiskSecureAccessV2_win.exe” old.

2.2- Download SanDiskSecureAccessV2_win, and copied to the Cruzer , open, password, and ready.

2.3- The latest version of SanDiskSecureAccessV2 (app portable, free), you can download from here:

Hi Stan, I’d like to know please. Which step worked for you? As a last resort, probably try to reformat it and FYI, you will lose all your files upon doing so.
