MY c200 WAS WORKING, BUT NOW WHEN I PLUG IT IN I CAN’T DELETE SONGS. WHEN I GO INTO SONG FILE IT SAYS NO FILES FOUND ON THIS DEVICE.I CAN SYNC. SONGS. I’VE TRYED TO REFORMAT AND THAT DIDN’T WORK.

What does it say when you try to format the player? “windows unable to format” ? Does it do the same thing if you try to format the player through disk management?
