My c140 is no longer recognised as a device by Windows. I’ve tried different USB ports without success. It doesn’t show in My Computer or as a device in Windows Media Player. Windows does recognise it in MSC mode but the Music folder doesn’t show. The radio button for showing hidden files is selected. The player is only a couple of months old. Had no problems transferring songs to it initially but there is a problem now. This is only the second time it’s been connected to the computer. I’ve read the forum and searched but can’t find a similar issue.
