Is it possible to play BWF in Sansa fuze ?
Not with that extension. You might try changing the extension to .wav and seeing if it will play. Otherwise you’ll have to convert it to .mp3, .wma, .ogg or .flac.
[Edit: I was aware it was Broadcast Wave Format. Hence my suggestion to just change the extension to .wav.]

BWF is just regular wav plus metadata. The Fuze supports wav, so it might work as long as you use the .wav extension on the filename like Black-Rectangle said. However, you might be better off converting to FLAC so you can get tag support and be able to use the Artist\Album\Song lists, etc.
