I dropped my player and now I cannot turn the volume up. The button is quite broken.
Sorry to hear that. Accidents happen. 
But there’s nothing anyone here can do for you other than empathize. You’re going to have to buy a new player (unless you like to tinker with miniscule electronic devices and think you can fix it yourself).
