A few days ago I saw a small crack on my Sandisk Clip Sport Go clip. It kept getting worse and worse and finally the clip broke off. I was only clipping it to my shirt so I have no idea how did I broke it. I wonder if it makes sense to contact Sandisk.
I have the same problem. I wonder if SanDisk would sell me a new outer shell. I’d be willing to pay for it. So if anyone knows how to order parts for a SanDisk MP3 player, then I’d sure appreciate someone letting me know who I get in contact with to get the ball rolling.
