So today I pull my Sansa Fuze grey 8gb out of my backpack, and turn it on. The screen lit up, and so did the wheel, but nothing else, it is playing music but not showing the screen. It is just kinda white/blue color and nothing else.(very bright) I tried the thing where you slide up the power button for 10-20 sec, but it didn’t work. What do I do to get it to work/show screen???
And windows media player won’t recognise it either, like it says “Please connect your device”
Try resetting the device by holding the power switch in the ON position for 20-25 seconds to be sure.
