iXpand flash drive go 128GB

I have brought this only yesterday and each time I plug it in it starts backing up… I have thousands of photos on my phone and it’s only getting to 1000 and my battery is ready to die. When I unplug the flash drive no photos have transferred over and then the process has to start again…,

Am I doing something wrong…?..

I have the same problem. Very disappointed with this product. :frowning:

Same problem. Try copying your photos in portions. Also make sure the app doesn’t take all your device’s space, as it hogs up internal memory after you copy something. There’s many more issues, I wrote about them here: Sandisk iXpand is a total scam!

What a piece of junk! When I try to copy files to the iExpand drive I get, "Operation failed. Please try again later.
