I just got a sansa clip+ MP3 player. I joined audible.com and downloaded a book to my computer. I thought that it was downloaded to my sansa. Where are folders on the menu of the sansa?

What OS? If Windows XP, you may need MTP mode and NOT MSC mode in the USB setting on your Clip+. Then with Windows Explorer you should see the Clip…and then you can transfer to the Audiobooks folder. Anyway, I do not know anything other than the OverDrive app that our Library uses, but it sends the book to the Clip…however it MUST be in MTP mode. I hope this helps.
