Audible Sync not working with Sandisk Clip Sport (Windows 11)

Up until a few months ago, my Sandisk Clip Sport used to work great with my Audible Sync App on my laptop Now it won’t show up as a device icon. I have two different Clip Sports and two cables… tried it all. Maybe I re-downloaded and installed the Audible Sync app. I downloaded Audible to my computer (someone recommended this). Any thoughts?

I don’t know when my computer upgraded to Windows 11… maybe this is an issue?
