ANYONE WITH ANY HELP FOR e250 PLEASE READ

we recently bought a Sansa e250 v2…  this playrs all work well but video songs not played

 i convert the songs in to sansa media converter and add songs in to video folder

but then play the video song in to player he not work and messege appear on the screen .

pleas use sansa media converter to convert this video file

98% of the time, a video file must first be converted with another program before SMC will successfully convert and transfer it to your player. It’s not the way it’s supposed to be, but that’s the way it is.

It may also be you don’t have the right codec on file in your computer. There’s one that’s needed in Quicktime; also downloading a codec pack like K-lite or CCCP will give you just about any and all codecs that are needed for the various video formats out there.
