Added SanDisk SecureAccess to a Cruzer Flash Drive, Added files to vault, now stuck

I just downloaded and added SecureAccess to a Cruzer flash drive I’ve had a long time. I used the “add files” button to add a bunch of files to the vault. It asked if I wanted to remove the original files from the computer and I said yes, it was in process of doing so and then got to a file that it said V3.02 cannot remove F:/My Documents. This file is read-only or locked by another application." Pressing “Try again,” “Ignore” or “Cancel” just brings up the same screen again, and I can’t close the application, so I can’t even safely remove the flash drive. Please help!
