A Windows tool to mass remove comments and images from ID3 tags in all MP3 files in a folder?

My clip sometimes stalls while playing some MP3 files. I read some comments saying that this might happen if the MP3 has large comments or clip art. I don’t care about anything in the ID3 tag other the artist name and song name.

I have thousands of Mp3 files. I am looking for a Windows tool that can edit and remove the comments and art in all these files in one operation.

Any recommendations?

MP3Tag

You can import your entire library & make changes to all. Set it to write the tag format as ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1. Just remember to save after the changes.
